Return and Refund Policy

 

Warning:

1. Any items that used are not accepted for a return.

2. We only accept orders purchased from www.gotokestop.com, any other orders from smoke shops or other websites are not allowed. No exceptions!

If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return/exchange your item(s), please contact us in 48 hours and send your item(s) back!

1.Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.

2.Items must be free of stains, residue, deodorant, or use.

3.Defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. (Note: If such items are not reported within 48 hours of delivery, we will not issue store credit. Please email service@gotokestop.com for assistance.)

4.Provide us order number or invoice with the package.

5.You must pay shipping and handling fees.

For damaged or broken package:

Step 1. E-mail us at service@gotokestop.com within 48 hours of product delivery with your order number.

Step 2. Take photos of details of the damaged item(s), send those photos or any materials to us by Email.

Step 3. Item(s) condition approved.

Step 4. We’ll send you the same piece.

Please note:

1. Please keep calm, patient and polite throughout the damaged items replacement process, being angry about the situation will not speed up the process.
